On July 4, 2022, SUM College of Teacher Education, in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), organized a refreshment session on “Mental Health & Leadership Skills.” The session was led by Mr. Ushaj T., a distinguished counselor and teacher educator known for his expertise in these critical areas.

The primary objective of the session was to address the growing importance of mental health awareness and to equip participants with essential leadership skills. Recognizing that effective leadership and mental well-being are crucial for personal and professional success, the session aimed to provide attendees with practical strategies to enhance their mental health and leadership capabilities.
