On 9th October 2023, the IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell) of SUM College of Teacher Education organized a Refreshment Programme focusing on “Mental Health & Leadership Skills.” The programme aimed to enhance the well-being and leadership capabilities of the participants, aligning with the institution’s commitment to fostering holistic development among its community members.
The key speaker for the event was Krishna Kumar E P, an Assistant Professor specializing in Social Science. His expertise and insights provided valuable perspectives on the interrelation between mental health and effective leadership.
