On 21st December 2023, a significant book donation ceremony was held at SUM College of Teacher Education, organized by alumni students Jishnu P and Yedh Raj, in association with the Alumni Association. The donation aimed to support the college’s Book Bank initiative, which provides essential textbooks to students who may be facing financial challenges.
The books were formally handed over to Dr. CV Jayasree, Principal of the college, and Mr. Divakaran PE, a faculty member, during a brief yet meaningful ceremony. This gesture is a reflection of the alumni’s continued commitment to enhancing the learning environment at their alma mater.
