The event, themed “HERO Salute,” aimed to honor and recognize the bravery and sacrifice of Indian soldiers. The ceremony commenced at 9:30 AM with the flag hoisting by Dr. Jayasree, marking the start of the patriotic celebration.
The “HERO Salute” program recognized and honored the brave soldiers who have contributed immensely to the nation’s security and well-being. Subedar Major Preman K, Havildar Dineshan A, Subedar Valsaraj, and Subedar Sudheer Kumar were the distinguished soldiers honored during the event. Each of them shared their personal experiences and stories of service, providing inspiration and a deeper understanding of the sacrifices made by the armed forces, particularly to the students in attendance.
The ceremony was further enriched by a speech delivered by the Manager, Ahammed Kutti Master, who reflected on the importance of patriotism and the significance of Republic Day in the context of India’s democratic values and the sacrifices made for freedom.
To make the occasion even more memorable, there was a sweet distribution to all attendees. The students participated enthusiastically in a patriotic song competition, which added a lively and spirited atmosphere to the celebration.
