Under the leadership of Mr. Pradeepan Maloth, Counsellor,C.O.Hrudyaram Community College,Kannur University ,a two-day workshop was held on March 18th and 19th on the curricular theme of Understanding Self. The event was presided over by Mr. George Joseph, Assistant Professor Education.Pradeepan Maloth was able to give a clear picture and understanding of the mental health a person needs in life and the various levels of stress management through repeating his experiences. The class described how to deal with interpersonal problems, personality problems, behavioral changes, family problems and how to handle children’s problems in the present scenario with care. Mr. Pradeepan answered the questions raised by the children regarding the counseling. Mrs. Athira Ullas gave a vote of thanks during the ceremony.
