After completing their B.Ed. program, aspiring teachers must first climb the qualifying teacher eligibility exam ladder. the goal for every student who graduates from our college’s B.Ed. program is to pass multiple teacher qualifying exams, including SET, NET, and KTET. The project’s original objective was to provide specific training modules to all of our students so they would be ready for these exams. Students from other colleges who are diligently preparing for these tests could eventually be accepted into the project. Afterwards, we were able to arrange training courses for applicants taking the UPSA, LPSA, and HSA exams as part of the project’s community outreach. Following the start of this project, all of our students were able to pass any teacher eligibility exam and graduate from college with exceptional scores in competitive exams. The project’s unique methodology is divided into three phases: the pre-coaching phase, which consists of general orientation following notification, an application help desk, and financial aid for deserving students; the coaching phase, which consists of syllabus-based classes taught by the chosen faculty; and the post-coaching phase, which consists of consolidation and mock exams. Students will receive materials ahead of time for each session as part of our specially created technique, and they will attend the class having studied the brief but thorough notes. To ensure that pupils stay alive until the test, regular supervision through frequent consultation and periodic assessment will also be provided.
